We started SRTechnicals to solve a specific Dubai problem — commercial operators, fit-out clients and premium residential owners kept needing one contracting partner across civil, interior, MEP and specialist scopes, not a panel of three or four.
Over the last decade the company has quietly become exactly that: a single coordinated team that can carry a job from brief through to a clean hand-over, with procurement-grade paperwork on both ends.
